5. Create and stick to a routine. Ever heard the expression, “we are creatures of habit?” It’s true. If you want to be successful you must train your brain and establish a routine, have a plan of action and work the plan that will get you to the goals you want to achieve. It’s a must. It involves a change of mindset. It takes discipline and personal responsibility. One thing you can do is get a calendar, set a date and time and go do those things that will get you where you want to be.
