How about Rewarding? Is it something you could do that would bring peace of mind, a monetary goal, a destination? Is it Time-bound or Trackable, can you put a date for completion?
All these would make goal planning much more simple and attainable. Be positive in your affirmations. Write down everything. Be precise. Write down your goals so you have them before. Set priorities.
When you achieve one of your goals write it down and celebrate. Think about what you have done and how can that help you go forward in achieving your other goals, keep a track record! Your accomplishments will help build your self-confidence.
