There’s a Chinese Proverb that says, “Dig Your Well Before You Are Thirsty.”
Albert Schweitzer gave this quote on good health: “Happiness Is Nothing More Than Good Health and A Bad Memory.“
I also realize Harvey Mackay has a book by the same title, “Dig Your Well Before You’re Thirsty.” But his book is not what I’m referring to here.
I recently came across a video on YouTube that used the proverb, “dig your well before you’re thirsty” about living long, prospering and having good health. I hope we realize that our bodies are intricately made and because the foods we have today are not what our grandparents or great grandparents had when they were young. I believe most of us understand that. So it’s important for our very health that we take action or face the consequences later in life from the decisions we have made regarding what we eat and the supplements we take.
“HEALTH IS LIKE MONEY, WE NEVER HAVE A TRUE IDEA OF IT’S VALUE UNTIL WE LOSE IT.” Josh Billings
Here’s the video and it’s only 22 minutes long. It will help very much in directing which supplements to take for optimal health. We’re all about wellness, purpose and abundance.
