EINKORN ROTINI PASTA SALAD
We have learned that some of our favorite recipes are our Einkorn recipes using our Einkorn Flour and other Einkorn products because it is so easy to digest, there’s no celiac response and because of it’s non-hybridized properties, plus it is so very good.
That is so true and important for all those who are gluten sensitive, have celiac disease or are affected in some other way by processed wheat flours and other wheat products.
This has resulted in a food that our bodies are not created to deal with. Our bodies just cannot handle what wheat and other processed have been made into. Check out this important article on wheat.
Since we’ve started using Einkorn flour and our other Einkorn products ditching the processed breads and other processed foods has never been easier, we haven’t looked back!

That’s why we contacted our friend, Theresa. We were able to sample her delicious recipe and wanted to share it with you!
We asked for this recipe today from our friend, Theresa. Theresa brought this delicious Einkorn Pasta Salad to our 5th Sunday Potluck luncheon at our church. What a delicious addition to the many dishes that were brought today. Here is her recipe. Here is a Vegan Version that we made using Einkorn Rotini Pasta and it’s so delicious!
About 1/2 bag (8 Oz.) of the Einkorn Rotini Pasta cooked as directed
1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1 small head of broccoli (raw), cut up in bite size pieces
1/4- 1/3 cup dried cranberries or organic dried Ningxia wolfberries
Cherry tomatoes optional
Sauteed Shrimp optional
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp celery seeds
1-2 drops Essential lemon oil
1/2 cup half and half ( can just use milk)
Mix all ingredients then add dressing, mix well. Enjoy!
This is a very versatile dish.
